If your purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, don't worry. We offer hassle-free exchanges and refunds within our generous 14-day return policy. 

Initiating a return is easy – just drop us an email at dilly@picklenyc.com.

To ensure a seamless return, include the receipt or proof of purchase in your email. Please make sure your item is in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Keep in mind that we can only accept returns that have been requested in advance. A cost of shipping label will be deduction from your refund will cover the cost, thank you for understanding.

Concerns about damages or issues? Take a moment to inspect your order upon delivery and let us know immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We're here to promptly address any concerns and make things right.

While we're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards, we're dedicated to ensuring a smooth process for approved returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, expect a notification, and we'll process the refund within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
